Morley St Toowong – Trebilcock and Associate Architects

Create large living areas which are based around the heart of the house – the kitchen.

This project was designed by Trebilcock and Associates Architects. The brief was to provide a generous living space where the inside could be enjoyed outside. High end fixtures and fittings with bespoke tile selection made for a palatable finish.

Here we removed all the existing upper level walls and redesigned the rooms / bathroom / WC and kitchen and living. Demolished the existing rear deck and created a large opening with Duce bi-fold doors and windows into a homely external living area. We retained and built the rear yard to ensure an ease of movement between the deck and grassed area.

The front of the house we added a new deck / roof and front stairs with flush set ceilings for seamless lines. The entire house in the upper level received new windows with the entire house re-cladded.

TESTIMONIAL
"As first time renovators we were so lucky to find a company that we completely trusted. Nathan and his team worked closely with us throughout the project to ensure that every part of our renovation was completed exactly the way we wanted it and to an exceptional standard.
Every member of the Rise Construction team were friendly, polite and easy to work with and we never had an issue with any of them being in our house even though we lived there through a large part of the renovation, which also included a newborn!
We trusted the trades that Nathan recommended and knew we would get a high quality from them all. Any adjustments or changes to plans were incorporated seamlessly by the team.
Areas where we came to appreciate the thorough approach to quality was the interaction with cabinet makers and the kitchen company where the vigorous attention to detail ensured all measurements were precise and fully understood by all parties. I.e. There were no costly errors.
Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending Rise Constructions and we will be using them again in the future."
